Back in 2014 - "I think we should raise our own beef." Those were my husband's words after returning home from a cattle farm. It seemed like the timing was right so we launched off into the biggest adventure of our lives. 3 months later we bought a farm and some mini Scottish Highland cattle. Now we not only raise our own beef but we helped to start a new breed of cattle for the hobby farm. HighPark Cattle™. It's been a great adventure! That's how Crosby Creek Farms got its start!
